Management
Błażej Szaflik – President of the Board
Since 2010 he’s been producing video games. He gained experience working as a design department manager and producer at The Farm 51 company, co-creating such titles as Painkiller: Hell and Damnation, Deadfall Adventures, Afterfall Insanity, and many others. Since 2012 he has run a game design studio at the University of Silesia.

Aleksander Caban – Board Member
He has been involved in the computer games industry since 2010. He is passionate about Virtual Reality. At Carbon Studio, he deals with expanding business contacts, and sets new paths for the company’s development. He actively participates in trade fairs and conferences.

Supervisory Board
PhD Jakub Kabza – Chairman of the Supervisory Board
Jakub graduated with honors in law and administration from the Faculty of Law and Administration of the Jagiellonian University. He started his professional career in 2009 in a brokerage house, initially in the private equity department (where, among others, he held the position of a director) and subsequently in the legal department. Since 2013 he has been associated with Cebula and Associates’ law firm, currently as a managing lawyer. He has experience holding positions in management and supervisory bodies of legal persons, including commercial law companies.
Ani Sokołowska
She graduated with distinction in Law from the Faculty of Law and Administration at the Jagiellonian University. Currently, she is a doctoral student at the Department of Constitutional and Comparative Law at the Jan Długosz University (UJD). She gained professional experience in Kraków law firms specializing in legal services for businesses. Since 2017, she has been collaborating with the JCJK Law Firm in Kraków, handling cases in the fields of business law, commercial law, medical law, and new technology law, including data protection. She serves as the President of the Management Board of Cluster Solution sp. z o.o., a company engaged in training and auditing activities. She holds certifications confirming her qualifications as a Data Protection Officer and a Whistleblower Protection Officer.
She completed an internship at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in Warsaw, which she concluded with an outstanding grade. She is a member of GRAI under the Ministry of Digital Affairs. She is fluent in English, Russian, and Armenian.
Andrzej Szurek
Andrzej has been professionally associated with the capital market since 2006. He is responsible mainly for the communication of foreign companies, food and medical businesses, and relations with the financial media. Previously a journalist of Gazeta Giełdy Parkiet and Rzeczpospolita. He specialized in foreign markets and companies and issues related to NewConnect. He also gained experience at the Warsaw Stock Exchange, working in the NewConnect Market Development Department. He was responsible for acquiring new companies on NewConnect in Poland and abroad (Czech Republic, Ukraine). He graduated from the Faculty of International Relations at the University of Warsaw.
Bartosz Zieliński
Bartosz graduated from the Warsaw School of Economics in the field of Finance and Banking and numerous training courses in finance, capital market and corporate governance. Since 2005 he has specialized in handling transactions for Institutional Clients on the Warsaw Stock Exchange. Through IPO/SPO/bond issues, he has prepared and implemented dozens of capital raising projects for public and non-public companies through IPO / SPO / bond issues. He is the author of many presentations of listed companies for institutional investors in Poland and abroad. Privately, he loves sport, technology and good food.
PhD Remigiusz Kopoczek
PhD Remigiusz Kopoczek has been connected to the academic community for many years. He earned his PhD at the University of Szczecin. From 2012 to 2016, he served as Vice-Dean for Education and Students at the Faculty of Arts of the same university. He is a co-author of academic programs in game design and virtual spaces and the author of numerous publications on computer games and multimedia in education. From 2020 to 2024, he was a member of the Senate of the University of Silesia in Katowice.
His involvement in the video game industry has earned him many awards and recognitions, including awards from the Minister of Science and Higher Education for educational achievements and awards for organizing innovative academic programs in 2014. Dr. Kopoczek is also active internationally, participating in conferences and research projects in China and the USA.
In recent years, he served as the CEO of ARP Games, Poland’s first video game accelerator, and the Congress 590, one of the largest economic conferences in Poland. In 2022, he was appointed Director of the National Centre for Research and Development, and later assumed the role of Vice President for Research at the Łukasiewicz Research Network.
